- Maintain the right to post my work in any form.
- Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising, HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.
- Maintain the right to turn down any commission.Maintain the right to place a discreet signature or watermark on all commissioned artwork. The signature may not be removed or altered by the client.

- Commission only begins when full payment is received.

- I allow full refunds before I've begun work.
- No refunds are allowed once the work has begun.

- During the sketch process, you will receive a sketch revision. I allow minor changes up to 3 times; changes after that will cost an additional $2 USD or more depending on details.
- After finishing a piece, I can do small changes such as altering colour adjustments or adding tiny details.
- Any mistakes that are made on my behalf (e.g. misread description) will be altered free of charge. However, if the mistake is due to details not being mentioned or insufficient information, I will not change or alter anything for you.
- I will not send WIPs after sketch confirmation. Please do not rush me or ask for process everyday, however, progress shots are available upon request.

- May not use my art for any monetary or commercial profit
- May not use my art for AI training, NFTs, or crypto related scams.
- May not alter, manipulate, or modify the artwork in any way beyond minor resizing or cropping for personal use.
- May not claim the artwork as yours- May resize the art I give you
- May use my art as a profile picture or header on social media, but with credit where visible.
- May post the piece to your social media/website, but should credit or link back to me and my socials.
- May print the piece for personal display (e.g. hanging on the wall)
